I see a tg for winter haven pd on the db. I don't see that tg on dsdplus and didn't hear nothing on their main channel. Is the SO took over the patrol?

Winter Haven & Auburndale have their own Police Departments, HOWEVER Dispatch for Winter Haven, and Auburndale are on PCSO Central Dispatch.
Haines city has its own Police Department, Dispatch for HCPD is on PCSO NE Dispatch also Lake Wales has their own Police Department, Dispatch for LWPD is on PCSO SE Dispatch.
there is some car 2 car traffic on winter haven City police Channels, from time to time & they use it like a tac channel.

Mulberry, Eagle Lake, Dundee, Frostproof are patrolled by PCSO.
NO city police Departments

Thanks for the info. I did hear a bunch of chatter on 5609 not sure if it was PCSO or WHPD that uses 5609.

I was told today 7/21/22 from a reliable source that they changed the alapha tags on TAC 15 & Tac 16
The talk group for 15 is now ( Polk LZ 1) & Tac 16 is now (Polk LZ 2)
It's the same # just different names
Fire supervisors that used to use Tac 16 (enc) now have a different channel if they want to communicate over the radio

Is 16 still showing enc? I’ll have to check it out one day see what pops up

Have been using my new SDS200. Up and running trucked fire/EMS for Polk Co. Florida, however the Fire/EMS feed on Broadcastify, can not be found on RR database. I have all Fire/EMS freqs. programmed in, and all related fire/EMS boxes checked in service types, but still hearing other Polk Co Fire/EMS units and dispatches on Broadcastify, and never on SDS200. Any help?

Yes. I have checked with the RR database and I have every fire/ems system installed and working. But when u have the 200 and Broadcastify on side by side, the 200 does not receive what is on Broadcastify Polk Vo fire/ems.
Make sure Fire Dispatch, Fire-Talk & Fire-Tac service types are turned on otherwise the scanner will omit traffic on talkgroups tagged as such in the DB. Did you program said system using Sentinel into a favorites list or are you entering your zip code? If the latter you may be using a old version of the DB which is why programming FLs using Sentinel is preferred for systems you intend on monitoring often. Also be sure to scan only one site at a time (site hold) otherwise you'll be bound to miss traffic even if the service types are turned on.
