You don't have to worry about them going out on a call either.

And you say this because? I've worked with this department a few times in the past on various calls. They will also mutual aid to Omaha and even into Iowa.

They have very very very few calls compared to any other department in Douglas county, excluding Omaha.

Yup. Still a very clean and well run station, and a good group of folks. This is one reason I like going there is that it has the small town feel and you can tour the station and check out the trucks. Did I mention the good food and cold adult beverages? =)

Yea, I have several family members that were chiefs of that department. Very good community.

Too bad I dont live there. I love that area and I wish I could help carry on the tradition of my family, but I have other things to take care of first.

Yeah it's a nice station, and again good people. You also have to consider they do cover quite a bit of ground, and trying to receive 800 in some of those areas is pretty tough.
