Pro-652: poor audio

My pro-652 has a very load buzz on received audio, both the wall supply and 12 volt battery. You never know
when the buzz comes ,most of the time it is fine. Doesn't matter what level the volume is or what channel it is on. I have change the cap in the power supply 470mf.
I have been listen to it while I type this letter and it has acted up once.

Can you record a short sample (couple seconds at least) and attach it? My first thought is that something nearby is generating interference on the scanner. It is possible that something inside the scanner is going bad (an example would be a voltage regulator IC) however I'm not sure that it would buzz.
