poplar bluff city police on 155.55 mhz again?

I'm getting quite a bit of traffic again on that old frequency. It has a lot of static breaks squelch fine on my ws1065 Whistler scanner but, won't break the squelch on my SDS 200 I have to manually set it on the frequency anyone else? Thanks!

Sure sounds like them on same tone but, maybe I need to try adjusting the tone might clear it up better I can understand them fine.

From what I was told, they are waiting of the arrival of some additional equipment for the new dispatch. Until then they're using the old frequency after which they will be switching back to digital.

I guess will have to wait and see if "digital" also means ENC.

When they first ENCed someone (I think in St. Louis County) said they were not suprised because of what happened south of here.

Anyone know what this is about?
