Working on a code plug for a xtl. Are there any common p25 simplex frequencies used in the phx metro area?
Any other analog Simplex frequencies other than 146.52?

There's one 2 meter P-25 repeater in metro Phoenix [Mesa]. C4FM or D-Star not much more. I don't know of anyone using a dedicated P-25 2 meter simplex channel.

If you are near the AZ/CA border, frequencies do change,

This sounds like a conversation that should be on one of the local ham reflectors and not a scanner group. While some of them are hams many are not and you would get better info from those that use radios with PTTs that they can push.
