West side of Port Angeles: Operating on 460.1 MHz,"LE Central", County EOC activation requested, IC established, "I street command", command post 8th & I streets, SWAT requested, Border Patrol requested for helicopter, and FAA requested to close out airspace due to helicopter at 5000 feet; Port Angeles Fire (155.82 MHz) requested to stage Medic 11, mention of "2 down inside and one down in the car", "rifle"; canine units en route. Suspect lying in driveway. $#^7 is getting real, especially for Port Angeles.
