I only took my Radio shack Pro97 with me on the trip to Port Angeles Washington.. Much to my delight,I was able to hear some communications from Canada. Below is a log of what I heard.. If anyone can help fill in the blanks,I'd appreciate it very much!

162.135 is rental repeater out of Victoria , freight co etc
CREST is the CRD regional radio system many diff users including British Columbias own (highly regarded Ambulance service) , Police Fire & transit not in 12.5 khz split on 5 khz only
All trunk stuff is listed here in this database up to date.
410 mhz is Radioworks LTR trunk system , all rental units , plumbers , hotels etc.
411.0875 from vancouver is bc transit
410.0625 from vanc is Skytrain *& 410.2875
412.6875 is fleetnet rental system here in Vanc
414.8875 is Seaspan a tugboat
167.070 is Provincial park
163.47 is rental rptr
163.4850 is LTR rental
163.14 is common rental freq not sure on pl
169.55 no one on that in bc 169.53 is CRD
169.56 is rental
386 is in us
162.4 is wx2 weather
161.65 is called 21B weather Can Coast Guard
