Is anyone monitoring the new Port Authority System on 800 mhz Phase ll. I entered all the info from RR into my G4 but I get no signal at all?

Do you mean that you don't hear anything or that you are literally not getting any signal?

I'm getting no signal 0 bars

I don't think getting a signal would matter. The entire system including aircraft firefighting ops is encrypted. I miss the days of being able to monitor them.

Even if they weren't encrypted listening to them would be difficult. Back on the old system I'd be able to get a strong signal almost anywhere in the city and surrounding areas in Jersey. I can barely get 1 bar anywhere I've tried so far with the new system. They're are a couple TGs that are supposed to be in the clear.

I found my problem, in the PPS program the RFSS ID and the site ID both needed to be in hex format ( both are A )
Now I have full bars signal but yes everything is encrypted
