I have monitored Port Canaveral Coast Guard now using 162.325 MHz APCO 25 digital in both clear and encrypted modes. This matches reports about other Coast Guard stations that are now using APCO 25 communications.

Hi Phil, CG-111 (162.325 MHz) is heavily used at the Port. They can also be found on the following frequencies:

CG-107 150.3000
CG-112 163.0500

DO NOT ASK ME FOR HELP PROGRAMMING YOUR RADIO. NO.
You'd better NOT be monitoring the USCG when they're in an encrypted mode! If your'e not authorized by the USCG to do that, your'e in violation of federal law!

I think you mean in DIGITAL mode. Which is a separate entity from encrypted.

It's important to know that distinction.

Yes I can only monitor the clear digital transmissions, but they also use digital encrypted mode which cannot be monitored.
