This is a good way to get a bunch of monitoring ability in a small package. Just testing right now, going to replace foam with better fitting medium density foam this week. Also adding provision for external power via cig. lighter I also have a larger case that holds 3 bases (full hook-up) and transports 4 Handhelds as well with external power, antenna and speakers.

Awesome! Nice work!

Looks very "Mission Impossible".

Would be just the the setup for an airshow.

Please post more pictures when you have it finished.

Regards, Commscanaus.

This case was a CD case from Wal Mart. about $30
This is the small Airshow case. The bigger case runs on a battery booster pack with a BC-996,and 2-Pro-2055's

nice job.

I've seen aluminum briefcases at truck stops for about 25=30 bucks that would work nicely like that.

I have been using it as it is for now. I haven't made it to the place where I buy the foam. I am currently working on an installation in my '84 Vette. Looking for just the right glass mount antenna to modify.
Not much room in there to mount radios, so I will probably use two hand-helds in holders, with amplified speakers behind the seats.
