Looking at the equipment assigned on the online Pulsepoint CAD app - is anyone familiar with the following units?

C200 and C500, which Chiefs are those? HC458, MC9 what units are those?

HC458 is the hazmat officer (chief?); MC9 is Mobile Command 9 - not sure who C200 or C500 are
