Saw a media release dated April 7th.

"05 SE Madison, Portland Fire Station 21 (at the foot of Madison under the east end of the Hawthorne Bridge." ...

Is this the old fire station/boat house on the Willamette downtown? And is it open? Dick H.. what is your make on this?

Not Dick H., but yes, that's the station down on the willamette. Currently (well, it's been a while, so maybe they've moved back home by now but I don't think so) housing Station 1 while the HQ building gets retrofitted.

It was open as of Easter Sunday. I was there taking pictures of the bridge.

As Joe said, it is old station 7 at the foot of Madison St. Presently, Squad 1 and Truck 1 are stationed there until Station 1 is re-opened. Engine 1 is temporarily at Station 23.
The final disposition is still unclear, although it is being called Station 21, that being the only unassigned station number between 1 and 31.
