Portland P25 Activity?

Not needed for a Scanner on a Motorola system
Does anyone have the current LCN # for each freq? This is all I got.

If it's a Uniden scanner, just put in the known control and secondary control channels. The scanner will do the rest. If you put in voice channels, it will just slow the scanner down as it searches through each frequency looking for the control channel.

I'm looking at portlands p25 page and I don't see any reference to LCNs.

Ok, thats on me. I was looking at the RR website, you were looking at the RR database on your 536. My bad.

It’s all good my friend! I have not noticed anything about that on scan ne, so it threw me off! I’m in Lewiston so I can’t hear anything unless I use a preamp and I am building one this week at some point!

Did you try pointing your antenna at Canada like whomever-that-was suggested? :ROFLMAO:

I lose Portland's signal north of Windham, between Windham and Gray. I would not be surprised if you do not receive Portland without a good PreAmp or a TON of elevation. A directional yagi may help.

With where he is roughly, he'd need an unreasonable amount of elevation.

Falmouth & Gray's topography kind of kill it going northbound.

I bought a preamp from a guy from Alfred and when I got it it was fried out so i got the stuff on Amazon and im building my own this week so I will report back.

file enough FCC 601s and you'll start to think people actually talk like that all the time.
