Portland Rebanded

I see that the Portland system is rebanded. (Not the Scarboro site yet) All the "new" frequencies and a couple of new talkgroups are listed in the Database. Could someone who knows help out with the System Band Plan, Steps, Offsets ETC.

If you're talking about this system...

Portland Public Safety Trunking System, Portland, Maine - Scanner Frequencies

you might be able to get away with a simple reprogramming of the freqs. All the freqs in the system have a '5' in the 4th position - so I *think* you should be good to go. However I see that the db has both the rebanded and non-rebanded freqs listed - what's up with that?
