Portland/Vancouver Computer Aided Dispatch

Hello,

Is there a public internet site that you can monitor Portland's CAD or a software and frequancy to monitor the CAD system? Not looking to monitor the MDT/MDC I have seen some online websites that display info for other city's but not for Portland and most are a bit sanitized!

My radios already have a Discriminator TAP.

If I understand the law correctly the answer is not legally.
Obviously they wouldn't put the PD CAD online, but WCCCA has their fire CAD online. (Less medical calls to comply with HIPA).
Even with a tap, I think their MDT system is encrypted... Not worth it IMHO
