It looks like Portsmouth PD has jumped to the RISCON system. Listening to the South Zone I couldn't hear anything that sounded like them. I suspect they went to encryption. Anyone with any official news on their TG. TG 1253 is listed as Portsmouth PD but it has been quite.

Yup..Another one bites the dust.I don't think they are using the 1253 TG as their primary. The day they were supposed to switch over I started to pick up heavy ENC activity on 1246,1248 & 1249.
