Portsmouth PD

While scanning Portsmouth PD using my Uniden BCD 996 P2 after every transmission the radio hangs open regardless of the tac. Then scans until the next transmission while hung open it receives all city traffic. Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure "End Code" is turned on in your trunking settings. That is usually the problem with what you describe.
