It looks like Portsmouth just filed, this week, a license modification for P25 implementation:

The database currently shows they are analog smartnet, but likely soon to be P25 digital.

Unless I missed it I don't see the shelter, antennas or lines. So you have all those, plus the install of the equipment install inside the shelter (unless it shipped installed), programming and commissioning of the equipment, backhaul integration (fiber/MW/T1/whatever), master site integration and testing.

I meant just the tower install. I didn’t mean all the terminations

Sounds like Portsmouth has followed many area FD radio practices when calling dispatch it’s no longer “Engine x to dispatch.” Now it’s “Engine x Portsmouth.”

Unless I missed something, the emissions modifications are for Analog and/or APCO Phase 2 only operation.

I know the tower in Churchland has the antennas a top it, didn’t see any lights on it, haven’t rode past it to see if the shelter is complete

Looks like the shelter may be close to being complete, the antennas are atop the tower now. Still no light flashing in the top tho

FYI, looks like the system was just turned on, getting a NAC of 9C1, system ID 9CDh-001.
