I bought an AlphDelta-4 coax switch Sept. 28th and not 4 months in, position 1 took a crap
I still have the receipt but I tossed the packaging (bought it from HRO Oakland) ya think they'd take it back on being defective or did I eat this one? If I ate it, how the heck do you get the cover off so I can reposition the contact myself? Anyone with experience on these? I'm sure it's an easy fix if I can just figure out how they sabotaged removal ability. Thanks.
Kinda disappointed in this thing-the contact action feels cheap compared to my two older Delta-2's, so I was even gentler in switching with this one.
