Poss Electrocution On Breaking and Entering

Report of an electrocution at 3400 Refugee Rd Columbus Ohio. Monitoring Zone 2 (1360) and 8 Delta (80). No condition on "suspect" has been given. CPD has been called to make a report. Could be that the "suspect" was attempting to break into an area with an electrified fence. Obviously this is all preliminary.

Columbus Police say that officers took a report, Medic 4 to the guy to Grant who wasn't breaking in.... he was drunk and fell into the fence.
