Possible Amtrak Frequency MD/DC Area

I am hearing some railroad calls on 160.995 DPL023 but can't find any info in the RR or FCC databases.

Amtrak Union Station has a very distinct squawk tone when they key up on their other freqs, which I'm hearing on here as well, so I'm thinking that's who it is, but not sure, and none of their other freqs use DPL tones, but could be them.

Sounds like it's Amtrak Ivy City Yard

Amtrak does have a license that reflects Ivy City Yard. If you confirm it to be them and make a submission, be sure to include the license.
