For those in the greater Indianapolis and Bloomington areas, you might want to do some searching of the federal law enforcement freq ranges (primarily 406-420). Specifically you might want to check out 408.6000 (NAC 293) and 409.52500 (NAC 293). I can confirm the latter is in use by the Chicago DSS field office and they'll likely be the one's handling (or at least supplementing) his protection detail.
