Related traffic has been on ISP NZ SPU. Brief traffic noted that there are K9 units and a negotiator on scene. The scene is a housing edition halfway between Michigan City and La Porte just off of US-35. The subject is alleged to be in his personal vehicle with numerous weapons. The subject is a former sheriff's deputy who lost his job due to criminal issues. This conflict has been in progress for at least three hours.

FYI - I've been hearing some additional traffic on ISP CZ SPU about an ISP ERT call out, but not sure if it's related.
