Few months ago I logged HAMMER and various OMAHA flights on 350.025. They were tracking targets - reminded me a lot of listening to the CAP flights on 271.000
Signal was full strength (HAMMER) and the aircraft were strong/medium strength. I've never seen this frequency listed before; is it a new freq for Customs? I did not hear anything on the normal 282.425 freq except for occasional test counts by someone. I am located south of March ARB in Riverside County, California.

Yes it is. Others around the country are reporting HAMMER on the 350.025 as well as 282.425 MHz.

What other parts of the country are these being reported?

In addition, are any other new frequences being reported for Hammer?

Here in San Antonio, 136.375 AM is a very active Customs Frequency for the local air branch based here at San Antonio International Airport. I suspect it is used in other areas as well.
