Possible RHC spur

Not so unusual, but what makes it suspicious is where it's showing up. There's a couple of reports on the NASWA list of Habana (spur?) showing up on 10150 around 1217 UT. This puts it on the outer edge of the 30 meter ham band, where no voice is supposed to be used (and it's more than that - Arnie Coro, as some may know is himself a ham, CO2KK - so he should know about this...).

Who knows if a numbers station will show up there? If one were to know such things...:D

I haven't a clue, but the word 'vintage' is probably accurate as to their age. An even cursory examination of DXLD loggings and other places would suggest their transmitter maintenance is rather less than optimal. Heck, I know that even R Reloj is known to put MW spurs all over the place, up to and including HF.
