Just got a hit on this Freq... 461.5500 Tone of 025. Sounds like maybe a football game in Youngstown. Could be Security, just talking about a fight in the crowd. All I can come up with on the FCC site is Youngstown City Schools. Anyone over that way check it out from time to time and see what you can come up with. I am in Farrell, Pa. and have a pretty good signal with a rubber ducky antenna. I have also heard this during the day with checkins at various intersections around the Youngstown area.
