CCSO & DOW just arriving near Henderson mine entrance. Smoke visible due south over Red Mountain.

Last I heard (about 30 min ago), was that 2 from CCSO going out on ATV's to investigate.
USFS, CSFS both contacted and neither agency has any kind of burn going on in the area.
Authorization has been given to call in media helicopters if need be to help locate the source of the smoke, but they have not been called as of yet.

Turned out to be nothing. Didn't hear exactly was causing the smoke.....maybe it was dust being blown around from one of the old mines.

On the lighter side, maybe it was a high school graduation party, and they were all burning off their leftover stuff before going on to post school job drug testing. There were rumors of wildlife officer comms reporting staggering mountain lion and bear tracks headed towards McDonalds and Taco Bell.
