Possibly deceased subject at Mile Marker 20, Highway 130

911 call was recieved in Laramie and Carbon County both. Centennial Valley and Laramie have both dispatched ambulances. Subject is reported to be in the barrow ditch not breathing, and the complainant is advising that the subject appears to have been there for quite some time.

Odd call thus far.

MS144 is negative transport en route back to Laramie. Sounds like SO is treating this like a crime scene, which is to be expected.
