Check the federal listings in the database for your county and state.
Search for USPS in the wiki.
If there is nothing in your area then you will have to find USPS yourself by searching the federal bands.

Postal Inspectors use these frequencies nationwide but as far as I know it's all encrypted.

USPS are typically using DMR in the 406-420 MHZ at bigger sorting and distribution facilities.

The 18 Wheelers that USPS runs (not the contracted ones) used to be on 162.225 carrier squelch in the Norfolk Virginia Beach area when I lived in the area 15 years ago. I think it was a common frequency used in other areas.

There are quite a bit of analog USPS transmissions out there still too. You don't indicate where you are from, but that may help us to help you.

The carriers are tracked via their handheld barcode scanners on the LTE network (internal webpage looks like APRS) and conduct voice comms via their cell phones.

Please update your profile with your location

You will need [depending on what is near you] a Scanner with P25 as well as DMR

Generally Carriers do not have Radios. Nor does the PO
The Radios are used by the Postal Inspectors and Police, Sorting and Distribution Facilities [Hubs] and the
Transportation folks going from Hub to Hub as well as out to the local PO's

Not on my regular list but I did monitor a USPS sorting location here in Las Vegas on 406.9375 as I was testing my BCT-15 D-Tap. It was entertaining to listen to employees getting on each other about being slow and lazy.

In Michigan you can find talk-groups for the U.S. Post Master General/Postal Inspectors on MPSCS P25 Digital shared with public safety, ETC.

New RIDs seen using same NAC/Freq but this time the radio IDs are 939 and 1, still encrypted. Also one transmission was NAC 124 (freq & RID same) but I'm wondering if this was a logging mistake.

Very likely a false [One hit wonder] logging.
I've had that occur many a time, when in a strong RF environment and the scanner didn't clear itself fast enough
and captured the NAC from a previous freq hit/log but got the right RID
