I'm hearing a control channel on 172.1375 in Kingman, AZ. According to Unitrunker it is an APCO P25 control channel, System ID A52, Site 002-112. Under the sites tab there are 4 sites, 001-006, 002-069, 002-112 and 002-122. I found this blog post that says it is coming from the Hoover Dam area, and there were no reported users as of July of 2017.

BP
Part of a Wide-Area Vote-Scan system [VS13] from Kingman
All the VS13 Repeaters use $710 - there are approx 8 of them from 168-174 Mhz
Hearing 173.800 NAC 710 encrypted, full scale in Kingman Az. Anyone know who might be using this?

Ah thanks. That's the first time I've heard the BP in this area. To bad they're encrypted but it is to be expected considering it's the BP.

408.075 Long Island NY Been seeing this pop up and from the radios file, its the same rid's that FPS uses on 408.2000. Then ran to sdr#'s and see that the both transmit at the exact same time. I am close to the fed courthouse in Islip and 408.2000 comes in very strong. 408.075 still comes in with the rf turned all the way down so I don't think its an image. Anyone else see anything on 408.075? Nac is 270...

I'm getting something similar here with my Airspy Mini. I can receive 410.800 on 411.025 without fail... even my TRX-1 picks it up flawlessly. From what I can tell it may have something to do with my proximity to the transmitting tower -- because it only happens on transmission that come from it.
