Postal Inspectors New Jersey

Saw the new Postal Inspector frequency posted for New Jersey. I monitored and heard mostly encrypted traffic then some clear that did not sound like law enforcement or postal related, sounded more like maritime security. I have heard that sometimes the feds exchange frequencies. I believe the frequency was used by Postal Investigators in other areas but never in NJ. Who posted that for New Jersey, keep on listening and see if you hear them go clear, why do you think its them? I don't. Awezooom@yahoo.com
