How do i post a zip file in a private message to some body??? and also, is there a radioreference IRC channel to get more immidiate help? time is a big deal for me and its very aggrivating to have to stop everything because of 1 small little thing

I don't belive you can send attachments via PM. your best pet is to upload it somewhere on the web and then post a link, or just use plain ole email.
