Interesting, but . . .

If there were a briefing like that for central Oklahoma, how would I get to it?

I tried substituting oun for tsa and found a home page, but no apparent link to an A/V briefing.

to the url and got a briefing from the NWS Norman Forecast Office about a Tornado Watch issued back in November.

if they issue one it will be there, but they have not issued so youll still get the old one from nov. this system looks to be east of oun's area. so they are probably not gonna issue.
