Female kayaker missing after falling in above the falls near the Rocky Islands. Monitoring on Montgomery Co FD 7G (TG 3536). Fairfax Co assisting on Virginia side. Don't know how long this has been going on; been listening for well over an hour.

Appears victim has been located at a rocky location on the Virginia side. Fairfax requested to contact Montgomery command via cell to discuss possible extraction via Eagle 2. Heard "recovery" & "body"; not good.
