Pottawattamie Co. Question

Has anyone had problems with Pottawattamie County on the Omaha Regional system? Two people have programmed a scanner and it will not work. It functions OK on the Sarpy Co. site. Does anyone have information on a possible control channel frequency change? Thanks for your help.

I listened to them 2 weeks ago while traveling in the area. No issues. Is the radio capable of handling simulcast?

He has a Uniden 536 and I see that Pottawattamie Co uses a 7 site simulcast system. I suspect that simulcast is the problem. Thanks for your help.
