For a second visit in a month, the President will be back in Los Angeles on Monday Oct.24.

Per news reports he is to attend two fund raisers in Hancock Park and Hollywood on Monday evening, and then on Tuesday morning will be in Burbank to tape the Tonight Show.

Per the TFR restrictions looks like arrival on Monday is before 5pm, and departure on Tuesday around noon from LAX. Also additional TFR up in the Valley in Burbank on Tuesday morning.

hmmm....The Tonight Show usually tapes at 400pm....Guess I will have to take my alternate route Tuesday morning if there are closures in Burbank.

Anyone know what frequencies will be used (by LAPD and/or 'others') during these 20 hours of commuting delight?

Sounds like LAPD is on Citywide Tac 4, as well as Metro-1. CHP is on 45.42 for guardian detail.
