exactly MY feeling. But I heard it. They were ahead of the motorcade eyeballing and ordering every single person and vehicle the hell off that route. The command leader got angry when he spotted her on her OWN balcony and radioed a guy to order her back inside "no negotiations". And this was the very affluent Seacliff neighborhood too.
