PP crash and Lost key

I had to redo my hard drive and I my lose the license key for Win500.
I E-Mail Don and got No response back

I must ask so please stay with me. Did you put your name information in exactly as it was returned to you from StarrSoft.com this should be ? characters long. and then the key must be put in the way it appears when StarrSoft sent it to you. If a letter is in "Cap's" you must enter it this way. Like this

Joe Smith joesmith20@youremail.com 122 S. Your Street . 80123 This would be 61 Characters long this includes periods and spaces.

Your Key will look like this
AB12-1234-1AB2-1234 If the letters are in "caps" they must be entered that way.
