PPSTN and RCMP Encryption

At 2140, there was encryption on the Regina tg on the Regina Control side. Not sure if this was an accidental button push or some testing/switchover. Control is unencrypted on the Fort Qu'Appelle tg.

Hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come, but just a heads up to everybody out there.

And by the sounds of things, some of the cars in the field are encrypted now as well. OTAR and OTAP is my guess. Not looking good.

Some cars are encrypted and some are unencrypted. Fort Qu'Appelle tg is still unencrypted.

And now control is back to unencrypted.
