So many asking about Puerto Rico PD frequencies. Police department is partially ENCRYPTED. I have an Sds100 scanner and I found over 15 TGID but can’t be hearing because in the upper part of the screen present the word Encryp. Just the dispatch can be hearing sometimes and rarely you can hear a Buchanan hiway patrols. Just Fire dept. can be heard in P25. Sadly but true PR Police Dept. is almost become encrypted.
