Using the trial Butel software I have programmed in my EDACS frequencies. I have also programmed in my EDACS talkgroups and talkgroup ID's. However, in the scan mode I get the talkgroups I programmed in and other talkgroups that I did not program in. What is wrong or ?

There are two modes; OPEN and CLOSED.
In OPEN mode you will hear all active talk groups. (displays a + sign)
In CLOSED mode you will hear only the talk groups you have entered. (displays a - sign)
