Pr0-96 or bc296d

I have been posting some stuff in the texas fourm but i still really cant make up my mind, im sure im getting on lindsay nerves, but in your own opinion what is the best one? I have a local air force base right down the stree from me and lindsay told me that the pro-96 could pick it up but im not to sure on the bc296d? so anyone have any idea which one is better or they equal?
