There's been several reports of Brave (DC ANG) flights doing tracks on 139.15.... very strong here in AA county
I had strong 324.0 someone leaving Guard Dog, and interestingly 2 flights on 360.7 (SWANN) sent over to 288.35, where I heard 2 flights checking in with someone. Weak comms on 292.2 (Mussel) as well.
Earlier Brave flights were on 139.9 before going to 139.15 working wx checks.

355.2 brief hit here; listed for a-a refueling
260.9 a little chit chat between pilots, one of whom was from Andrews 113th 'Merlin 01' heard here.

I heard Merlin 01 on 260.9 as well, and again 4 minutes later he was checking in on 364.200.
