Multiple EMS units and Milton Fire responding to unknown odor call at the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall at highway 401 & Trafalgar Road Halton Hills. Numerous people complaining of difficulty breathing.

Just missed that. We rolled by there around 5:30 after a day trip to Elora and the parking lot was as full as ever.
