Premium purchased, but not recognized

Okay:

I registered for the free account.
I then clicked on the link to upgrade to a Premium subscription
I selected the one-year option
I used the PayPal form that next appeared to purchase with a credit card
The transaction was approved and completed and I received a confirmation email from PayPal.
I returned to this site and checked my "Account" which still shows "Standard (free)".
I logged out and back in. No change.
I waited a while and tried again. No change.
I tried connecting through my FreeScan software and got a message saying I was not a Premium Subscriber.

The site says such a purchase is "instantaneous" and that my account is automatically updated at the time of successful purchase. Apparently this has not happened in my case.

So what gives? What do I need to do?

Still no resolution

It's day two and I've received no response from either email address for this site; lindsay@ and webmaster@.

Account status has not changed.

Please help. Thanks.

The problem was related to Paypal - they put the payment under a review status (they suspected it was fraud) - I've fixed the issue for you.

Also sent via email.

Thank you. I have verified that my account is now showing as 'Premium".

This is one reason I have long refused to use PayPal for anything. (I'm an e-merchant as well, who USED to use them as a payment option for my own web business). I made an exception in this case, but will never again.

I appreciate your response. Thanks again.
