No, because as far as I know they are not included anywhere in the database. I believe they're in the Wiki as they are a static set regardless of the location.

What you can try doing is posting a question In General Scanning to see if anyone has them in a format your software will accept so you can program them in to your scanner.

Just thought I would point out that I don't know of any software that will accurately program a Pro-95 that includes any ability to download from our DB.
