Premium Subscription - not yet able to download

I registered and paid for a premium subscription for a 180 days 15/08/09 and have yet to gain access to the download sections

What scanner programming software are you using?

Also, make absolutely sure that you are running the latest version of the programming software. Updates to the Web service were made on August 1st 2009 and software vendors were required to update their applications.

Which software? ARC?

As Lindsay said make sure you have the latest version of the software (due to a change in the .RR webservice).

I am a BCD396T user and I am using ARC396PRO 2.1.002. I cannot access the RR download either through the ARCPRO software. How can I access the downloads on RR into ARC396PRO 2.1.002. I enter my user name and password and the error message in the ARCPRO is "wait retrieving HTTP data" and just hangs. The later version(s) of ARCPRO will not connect to the BCD396T radio. Any help would be appreciated.
