Thought I would start the 'official' thread regarding things to listen to for the President's Visit tomorrow (Wednesday) to CCSU.

There will be a TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction) in effect. Therefore, there may be a CAP (Combat Air Patrol) where fighter aircraft could be deployed to intercept any aircraft that disobey the TFR. So monitor 260.9 for possible CAP comms.

Troop H and Troop W(BDL) will most likely be active as they cover the entire area he will be in.

Also, the Central District Common TG's might be used as well.

Suggestion!

Anyone using a 996XT remember to do an ID SEARCH on the CSP system instead of ID SCAN just in case something out of the usual pops up!

Central comma and traffic 2 and troop h. are used along they are telling them to secure street and the trooper who is leading is telling them what streets they are on Majority is on central comms

Also they were using RAFS to coordinate between towns for closures

SW Comm 1 and 2 also seem to be used for support roles, i.e new batteries, etc.

No Military aircraft activity today
