Preview/Tips or what ever

I am the member that wrote suggesting that the Preview/Tips time be extended I receive an answer from someone in management, persume,informing me that he could not understand what I was talking about I sait preview instead of tips the person that responded stated that the tips were on for 10 seconds and inferred that I was probably a moron if that was not enought time. I spent the rest of the time yesterday and again today timeing these tips and find that 4 seconds was as long as they remain on. As I said in my post this is no big thing, and i'm sorry that I hurt someones feelings by daring to suggest a change.

I'm not sure how you inferred that but it's a gross exaggeration. He only asked you to provide more details.
