Prince William Control Channels P-25

In the Data Base Prince William lists the Current Project 16 and a new Project 25 System. Several frequencies are shown as control channels for BOTH systems: 853.600, 853.625, 853875. Can anyone able to monitor advise whether the new system is being tested and which frequencies are active on which system?

I think it's reasonable that both systems would have the same control channels listed. Of course, they wouldn't use the same frequencies at the same time. As far as I know, testing continues on the P25 system, although I'm not a regular listener to the system.

The current control for the P25 system is 853.8500 and the current control for the P16 system is 853.8750.
